医改新政下医院药学实习教学改革的实践及效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的:适应新形势的需求,探讨医院药学实习教学改革对学生综合学习能力的影响。方法:将台州医院2010级药学实习生设为对照组,2011级为实验组,对照组采用传统以药房发药为主的带教模式,实验组采用全程以临床药学为核心的教学新模式。通过问卷调查和测试成绩评价教学改革效果。结果:新模式有效调动了学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性,培养了学生综合能力,提升了实习效果。实验组学生的测验平均成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以临床药学为核心的实习带教模式有助于锻炼医院药学实习生的各项学习能力,适应当前医院药学发展的趋势,值得进一步深入研究和完善。 [Objective]To explore the hospital pharmacy practice teaching reform on the comprehensive learning ability of students to meet the needs of the newsituation,[Method]Pharmacy interns of 2010 in Taizhou Hospital was selected as control group and students of 2011 was enrolled as experimental group. The control group adopted the traditional model of pharmacy,and the experimental group adopted the newteaching model with clinical pharmacy as the core. The effect of teaching reform was evaluate through questionnaires and test scores. [Result]The newmodel effectively mobilizes the students 'interest in learning and learning initiative,cultivates the students' comprehensive ability and improves the practice effect. The average score of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 01). [Conclusion]The practice mode can help improve the learning ability of pharmacy interns and adapt to the current trend of hospital pharmacy development,which is worth further study and perfection.
