摘要
本文提出了一种基于车载领航的特种车辆信号优先控制系统,使用互联网、计算机、GPS、GIS技术,将传统的指挥中心人工特勤转化为自动化程度极高的现场平板特勤,降低了特勤任务的人力投入,并减少了特勤任务对道路交通的影响。
This practice require huge human resource input and it has a great impact on the road Iraffic. This paper presents a special vehicle signal priority control system based on in-vehicle pilot. With the application of the latest Interrlet, computer, GPS and GIS technologies, the system can transfer the practice of using traditional command center to artificially implement the traffic signal control for special purpose to highly automatic on-site control, thus the human resource input in carrying out this kind of tasks can be reduced, and the impact of which on the road traffic can be minimized.
