信号控制路口绿灯跟进违法行为监测记录系统及方法

本文提出了利用非现场执法手段对绿灯跟进违法行为进行抓拍处罚的新思路，在解决违法判定标准和执法行业标准问题的基础上，通过大量调研和测试，研发路口拥堵检测算法，并对系统工作流程和实施方案进行分析。

This paper puts forward a new idea of using the off-site law enforcement means to capture the image of illegal follow-up behaviors during green light and carry out punishment accordingly. On the basis of solving the problem of illegal behavior judgment standards and law enforcement industry standards, we developed an congestion detecting algorithm after a lot of researches and tests. In addition, we introduced and analyzed the whole work process and the implementation plan in detaill.
