交通事故司法鉴定事前风险评价

本文采用风险评价指数法，通过对风险源的分类分析，建立司法鉴定风险指数评价体系，对实际交通事故司法鉴定工作中风险源、风险可能性和严重性进行识别和综合评判，有针对性的提出风险应对措施，实现司法鉴定风险量化评估。

The risk sources include forensic content and materials. Relevant methods are classified and analyzed to establish a forensic risk assessment system by using RAC. The risk sources, probability and severity of actual traffic accident forensic work are recognized and assessed to output forensic case risk grade. And the targeted risk coping measures are put forward to realize forensic risk quantitative assessment.
