摘要 斜齿圆柱齿轮传动平稳、可靠,承载能力大,主要应用于较大型工程机械的减速装置中。为了准确、快速设计其实体模型,减少设计时间,缩短生产周期,在Pro/E环境下,利用参数化设计方法对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行了设计。首先运用参数化公式绘制齿顶圆、分度圆、齿根圆、基圆的草绘图形,然后根据齿轮渐开线参数方程创建齿廓线,最后生成实体模型。结果表明:参数化设计方法能准确、快速、可靠地创建实体模型,并且能很方便、快捷地进行变更设计。 Helical cylindrical gear has the stably and reliably driving function and large bearing capacity,is applied to the speed reducer of larger construction machinery. In order to design the helical cylindrical gear's entity model rapidly and accurately and reduce design time,shorten production cycle,it proposes the parametric design method based on the environment of Pro/E. It describes the parametric equation for drawing the sketch of the addendum circle,reference circle,root circle and base circle,establishes the tooth profile line in accordance with the parametric involute equation,realizes the entity model generation. The results show that the method can create entity model accurately,rapidly and reliably,design of alteration is quicker and more convenient.
