摘要
针对卓越工程师人才培养目标,依托工程训练中心,构建工程实践教学平台,进行卓越工程技术人才的培养。从实践教学定位、教学体系、教学方法与手段、教学质量保障体系及师资队伍建设等方面对工程实践教学进行了探索与实践,构建了"基础认知训练—工程技能训练—综合创新训练"3个层次的实践教学体系,提高了学生的工程意识、实践能力和创新精神,大大增强了毕业生的就业竞争力和就业质量,取得了很好的教学效果。
Aiming at the talents training goal of training excellent engineers,it builds the engineering practice teaching platform and training the outstanding engineers in engineering training center. It explores the practice teaching and practices from the practice teaching orientation,construction thoughts,teaching system,teaching methods and means,teaching quality security system etc. It establishes the new practice teaching system about "basic cognitive-basic skills-comprehensive skills-comprehensive application and innovation". This improves the students' engineering consciousness,practical abilities and innovative spirit,enhances the graduates' employment competition force and employment quality,and obtains the good teaching effect.
