摘要
采用许用应力法对腐蚀海底管道的安全性进行评估,并通过有限元模拟对组合载荷(内压与轴向压应力叠加作用)下单缺陷腐蚀海底管道进行应力分析,探讨了影响管道峰值应力的缺陷几何参数的敏感性。结果表明:轴向压应力一定时,随内压不断增加,管道有效应力呈先下降后上升的变化趋势,进入屈服稳定阶段后,有效应力继续增大,直至管道破坏。
The safety of corroded submarine pipe was assessed according to ailowabie stress approach. The stress in single defect corroded pipe under combining load (internal pressure and compressive load along longitudinal axis) was analyzed through finite element simulation. The sensibility of geometry parameters that affected the maximum pressure of pipe was studied. The results show that effective stress of pipe displayed a tendency of increase first and then decrease with the increase of internal pressure, as the value of compressive longitudinal stress of corroded pipe kept stable. Then the pipe reached stable yielding stage until failure.
