摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定四川某地花椒中铁、锌、铜、镉、铅5种元素含量,将所得到的结果均与GB/T 30391-2013《花椒》进行对比,判断其是否符合国家标准。结果发现:当地花椒中的铁元素含量较高,镉元素含量低于国家标准,铅元素含量稍高于国家标准,需进一步对花椒的生物富集特征进行研究。
Fe,Zn,Cu,Cd and P content in Chinese prickly ash of Sichuan is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the results are defined whether comply with the national standard or not according to National Standards of China Chinese prickly ash GB/T 30391-2013.As a result,the content of Fe in Chinese prickly ash is higher,and the content of Cd in Chinese prickly ash is lower than the national standard,and the content of Pb in Chinese prickly ash is a little higher than the national standard.It is suggested to study the biological enrichment characteristics of Chinese prickly ash in further research.
