摘要 马尔尼菲青霉菌是艾滋病患者常见机会性致病菌之一,马尔尼菲青霉菌在感染宿主后,宿主通过固有免疫和细胞免疫等途径对其做出免疫防御,但具体机制尚不完全清楚,本文就宿主对马尔尼菲青霉菌的免疫机制研究进展做一综述。 Penicillium mameffei is a common opportunistic fungal pathogen in AIDS patients. Host immune response to penicillium marneffei related to innate immunity and cellular immunity after penicillium marneffei infection. But the specific mechanism is not fully clear. This article aims to review the recent advances on the host immune response to penicillium marneffei.
