腋臭的治疗概况

对腋臭的药物治疗、物理治疗和手术治疗进行阐述并对其优缺点等进行比较,药物治疗包括:外用药物、药物局部注射;物理治疗包括:冷冻、激光、射频等;手术疗法有:腋臭梭形切除术、腋臭剥离术和负压抽吸术。治疗腋臭的目的是清除腋窝大汗腺,目前的治疗方法多种多样,但没有绝对的最理想的治疗方法。为总结分析腋臭治疗的进展情况,本文对各种治疗方法和进展情况予以综述。

The drug therapy, physical therapy and surgical treatment of bromhidrosis were reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Drug treatment includes ： topical medications, local drug injection ; physical therapy includes ： freezing, laser, radio frequency, etc. ; surgical therapy includes ： armpits spindle resection, armpits and negative pressure suction to stripping. The purpose of the treatment of bromhidrosis is to remove axillary apocrine gland, the current treatment of a variety of ways, but there is no absolute best treatment. To summarize the progress of analysis of body odor treatment, in this paper, the various treatment methods and progress are reviewed.
