老年人群是心血管疾病的高发人群,老年病多器官受累非常多见,心脏病常和多种疾病伴发,非心脏外科手术围术期心脏相关并发症仍然很常见,有些可能比较危险甚至危及生命。所以术前合理的评估心脏病的危险性,进行有效的干预及处理是必要的。围手术期应该严密观察,并及时正确处理心脏的合并症,对于改善老年人非心脏外科手术的预后是有价值的。
