摘要
2016年美国糖尿病学会(ADA)、美国内分泌学会(ACE)、美国临床内分泌医师协会(AACE)、中华医学会内分泌学分会、美国眼科协会(AAO)、美国血管外科协会(SVS)等学术组织就糖尿病及其并发症发布一系列指南和共识,对糖尿病分级预防、糖尿病诊断标准、降糖药的选择和使用、糖尿病患者综合管理、糖尿病患者血脂控制等有新的建议和推荐。对于糖尿病预防、诊断、综合管理以及糖尿病后续研究都有极为重要和深远的意义。文章对以上内容进行综述。
In 2016,American Diabetes Association（ADA）,American College of Endocrinology（ACE）,American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists（AACE）,Chinese Society of Endocrinology（CSE）,American Academy of Ophthalmology （AAO）, and the Society for Vascular Surgery（SVS） published several guidelines and statements on diabetes and its complications.They also gave several recommendations and suggestions on prevention of diabetes,diagnostic criteria of diabetes, selection ofhypoglycemic drugs, integrated management of diabetes, and control of blood pressure, lipid and glucose. All of these advances have been of great significance to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and future research of diabetes, which were reviewed in this article.
