摘要
从钻探工艺角度出发分析了定向钻进和回转钻进的2种钻进工艺的优缺点,同时对回转钻进的偏斜原理和影响因素进行了分析,提出近水平长钻孔轨迹控制施工工艺及实施步骤,运用定向钻进工艺调整钻孔轨迹空间姿态,回转钻进加快钻进效率,引入定向钻进的测量系统对回转段轨迹进行测量,预测回转钻进时的地层偏斜规律,从而指导后续的回转钻进;现场实践表明定向钻进与回转钻进相结合的混合钻进方式,既保证了钻孔轨迹精度,也加快了钻进速度,加深了钻进进尺,效果十分显著。
The advantages and disadvantages of directional drilling and rotary drilling are analyzed from the perspective of the drilling process,at the same time,and we analyzed the deviation principle and influence factor of the rotary drilling.The construction technology and implementation steps of the nearly horizontal long borehole trajectory control are proposed.Using directional drilling technology to adjust the drilling trajectory,using rotary drilling to speed up the drilling efficiency,the measurement system of directional drilling is used to measure the trajectory of rotary stage and predict strata deflection law of rotary drilling to guide subsequent rotary drilling.Field practice shows that the effect of mixed drilling combined directional drilling and rotary drilling is significant,which not only ensures the borehole trajectory precision,but also accelerates the drilling speed,and deepens drilling footage.
