摘要
在对矿用瓦斯传感器的自动调校过程中,调校装置应能自动根据监测数据与标准浓度的偏差实时发出红外控制信号,以代替红外遥控器进行实时调校。为使调校装置能实时发出所配遥控器的红外编码,需将待调校传感器所配红外遥控器的编码传入调校装置。基于调校装置中的核心STC15W201S单片机,设计并实现了一种逆向破解现有遥控器的红外信号传输协议,由单片机根据该红外信号传输协议学习并接收红外控制信号,然后在调校矿用瓦斯传感器时能发出所需功能的红外控制信号,达到自动调校的目的。
In the process of the automatic adjustment of mine gas infrared remote sensor,the adjusting device is supposed to send infrared control signals in real time automatically according to the deviation of the monitoring data and the standard concentration to replace the infrared remote control to adjust in real time.In order to make the adjusting device sent the infrared code with the remote control in real time,the code of the infrared remote control matching with the sensor required to be adjusted is input the adjusting device.In this paper,based on the core STC15W201S singlechip of the adjusting device,we design and achieve a transmission protocol to break reversely existing infrared remote control signal by the microcontroller learning and receiving infrared control signal and senting infrared control signal with the required function to verify the incorrect mine gas sensor according to the infrared signal transmission protocol to achieve the purpose of automatic adjustment.
