摘要 新能源产业是北京市推进产业升级、增强科技创新实力的重要载体。从产业创新能力、市场发展能力、产业战略能力和产业环境建设4个维度构建北京市新能源产业竞争力指标评价体系,并基于层次分析-模糊综合评价法进行定量研究。根据评价结果,从法规建设、创新机制、产业升级和区域协同4个方面提出加强北京市新能源产业竞争力的对策与建议。 The new energy industry of Beijing has been identified as an important contributor to promote industrial upgrading and improve innovation capacity. The paper built up an index system to evaluate new energy industry of Beijing including industry innovative capability, market development capability, industry strategy capability and industry environment. Then the paper assessed the competitiveness of new energy industry in Beijing by using analytical hierarchy process ( AHP ) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ( FCE ) . According to the assessment results, the paper put forward several suggestions to promote the development of new energy industry of Beijing, which consists of policy insistence, innovation mechanism, industry upgrading and regional synergy.
