锻造温度对TA10钛合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 经过不同始锻温度、终锻温度锻造得到TA10钛合金棒材,然后在进行不同温度的退火处理后,采用标准拉伸试样进行拉伸实验和金相实验,研究其显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着始锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从长条状过渡到网篮组织。随着终锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从粗大的α条过渡到片状组织。在始锻温度为950℃时,TA10钛合金的强度和塑性达到较好的匹配,其抗拉强度为638 MPa,断面收缩率为35.1%。在终锻温度为660℃时,TA10钛合金的抗拉强度为663 MPa,断面收缩率为38.8%,强度和塑性匹配较好。 TA10 titanium alloy bars were forged at different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures, and then annealed at different temperatures. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimens were studied by tensile test and metallographic microscope. The results show that with the increasing of initial forging temperature, cL phase morphology of the TA10 titanium alloy transforms from strip transition to lamellar structure. With the increasing of the final forging temperature, the morphology of the α phase in TA10 titanium alloy transforms from coarse to lamellar structure. When the initial forging temperature is 950 ℃, the strength and plasticity of the TA10 titanium alloy are well matched, and the tensile strength is 638 MPa and the cross section shrinkage rate is 35.1%. When the final forging temperature is 660 ℃ , the strength and plasticity of the TA10 titanium alloy are well matched too, and the tensile strength is 663 MPa and the section shrinkage rate is 38.8%.
