系统论视域下成人教育课程改革的原则与路径

Principles and Path for Adult Education Curriculum Reform in the View of Systematology

成人教育对于国家经济社会的健康发展,对于国家是否拥有足以应对新世纪生产活动需要的合格劳动力具有不言而喻的重要性。而课程的遴选与安排、实施等则在成人教育中处于核心位置,是改革的重中之重。系统论视域下成人教育课程改革应本着以成人为本、适应社会发展和全球化三大原则,通过走成人主体性道路、从阶段性到终生性、参与者合理分配相互合作、在空间上共生合作等路径实现成人教育事业新突破。

Adult education plays important role in the healthy development of national economy and society, about whether the government has enough to deal with production activities need to be in the new century qualified workers importance is self-evident. However, at present, adult education are thought to have deviated from its development direction, make people concern about the outlook and strength in its subsequent development in China. And course selection and arrangement, the implementation in the core position in the adult education, is the key of the reform. The intervention of system theory, will help people to overcome the limitations, clear the adult education curriculum reform should follow the principles and explore the path, thus making new breakthrough for adult education career.
