摘要
通过两年时间的探索和实践,北京社会管理职业学院老年福祉学院老年服务与管理专业师资队伍建设既取得一定的成绩,也还存在教师培训缺乏规划和针对性、部分岗位缺乏稳定性、个别教师缺乏参与学院活动的积极性等问题。继续加强老年服务与管理专业师资队伍建设,需要从四个方面着手:深化思想政治教育和师德素养建设;完善制度建设、健全管理机制;加强师资队伍的业务培训;建立和完善以人为本的激励机制。
Through two years of exploration and practice, the construction of teaching staff in the elderly services and management department in the Elderly Welfare Institute of Beijing College of Social Administration has already made some achievements. There are also problems such as short of planning and pertinence of teacher training, lack of stability of some posts,and the lack of enthusiasm for individual teachers to participate in college activities.In order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, the elderly services and management department should focus on four aspects: deepening the ideological and political education and the construction of teacher's morality and quality; improve the system construction and the management mechanism; strengthen the professional training of the teaching staff; establish and improve the people-oriented incentive mechanism.
