摘要
农业高职教育的培养目标是农业生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高等技术应用型人才,因此要求农业高职院校的教师既懂专业理论知识,又要具备较强的农业职业能力。借鉴台湾地区农业职业教育办学经验,可从国家政策层面、院校决策层面和专业教师自身层面采取相应措施,以提升教师的行业职业能力。
The target of agricultural vocational education is the practical personnel with higher abilities who will devote themselves into the front line of agricultural production, construction, management and service. Thus teachers are required to understand professional theoretical knowledge and possess better agricultural vocational abilities. Learning from the experience of agricultural vocational education run in Taiwan, we can take some measures to improve the vocational abilities of teachers in terms of national policies, choices of school, and professional teachers themselves.
