摘要
首先,以某六桥全地面起重机为例,分析了互连式油气悬架系统的典型结构。其次,依据自顶向下的思路,对油气悬架系统的设计现状进行了综述,包括悬架系统刚度及阻尼的优化现状,油气弹簧的设计现状,导向机构的设计现状,悬架控制系统的设计现状及主动、被动悬架的取舍问题。最后,指出未来全地面起重机油气悬架系统必须研究的若干重点问题:考虑车架柔性的悬架刚度和阻尼的优化问题,油气弹簧系统的参数辨识问题,油气悬架系统的疲劳可靠性问题及油气悬架系统的集成化设计问题。
Firstly, the typical structure of the interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension system in a six-axle all-terrain crane was analyzed in this paper. Secondly, the current design status of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system was reviewed based on the top-down design method, including the optimization status of the suspension stiffness and damping, the design status of the hydro-pneumatic spring, the design status of the guidance mechanisms, the design status of the suspension control system and the trade-off problem between the active and passive suspension. Finally, several focus issues in designing the hydropneumatic suspension system of the future all-terrain crane were proposed, including the suspension stiffness and damping optimization issues considering the frame flexibility, the parameters identification issue of the hydro-pneumatic spring, the issue of the fatigue reliability of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system, and the integrated design issue of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
