摘要
为设计出符合用户感性期望的数控机床配色,提高配色设计效率,提出一种使用案例进行数控机床感性配色设计的方法。以感性意象配色为基础,采用案例推理理论,结合数控机床配色规则及数控机床配色意象表征分类,建立以数控机床配色规则及数控机床意象为主的案例知识表达方法,依据所需偏好色彩意象及意象值对案例进行意象相似性检索和匹配,获取相似度高的案例,并通过配色规则和色彩的提取及优化获取最终的配色设计方案。根据用户所需感性意象及案例配色系统对数控车床进行配色设计,通过问卷打分验证基于案例数控机床感性配色设计系统适用于数控机床配色。
In order to design the color matching of CNC machine which meet the expectation of the users and improve the design efficiency of color matching,a perceptual color matching method of CNC machine was proposed in this paper based on the case knowledge.On the basis of perceptual-image color matching,the case knowledge expression method was established in accordance with the CNC color matching rules and CNC image.The case reasoning theory was adapted combined with the CNC color matching rule and image representation classification.The index and matching of image similarity was performed according to the preference color image and image value.The case with a high degree of similarity will be obtained.The final color matching design will be also performed through the extraction and adjustment of color matching according to the relative rules.The color matching design of CNC machine was finished according to the perceptual image of the user and case color matching system.The questionnaire and scoring was carried out to verify that the design system for the perceptual color matching of NC machine based on case knowledge was applicable to the CNC color matching.
