摘要
介绍了宝珠覆膜砂的性能特点及适用场合。利用宝珠砂为原砂,制作覆膜砂,解决了缸体油道芯变形、缸筒缺口、粘砂、气孔和壁厚超差等铸造缺陷。生产实践表明,利用宝珠砂可以有效减少铸件缺陷,提高缸体铸件品质。
The properties characteristics and application ofceramsite-RCS were introduced. The casting defects including, oil passage core deflection, bore gap, burning-on, blowhole and thickness out-of-tolerance of cylinder bore were solved. The result show that the casting defect was eliminated and the quality of cylinder block was increased by using ceramsite.
