中国平煤神马集团在以发展混合所有制经济、实施"以煤为本、相关多元"发展战略的基础上,加大资本运作力度,推动实业经营向实业与资本双轮驱动。提出中国平煤神马集团资本运作的经验与未来思路:扩大资产证券化产品种类,开展债转股,利用上市平台提高公司市值,资产管理转向资本运营。

Based upon developing mixed ownership economy and implementing development strategy of ＂coal-oriented and multiple correlation＂, China Pingmei Shenma Group reinforced capital operation, promoted industrial operation to two-wheel drive of industry and capital. The authors put forward capital operational experience and future thoughts, including extending asset securitization product category, carrying out debt-to-equity swap, taking advantage of listed company to improve market value, transferring assets management to capital operation.
