摘要
采用浸渍法对USY分子筛进行了Ce改性,在小型固定床反应装置进行了催化苯酚甲醇烷基化实验研究,考察了USY分子筛Ce的负载量、反应温度、醇酚比、反应空速对催化反应的影响。结果表明,Ce负载量为10%,反应温度440℃、液态空速3.0h^(-1)、苯酚与甲醇的摩尔比为1∶4,苯酚转化率58.22%,邻甲酚选择性49.11%,Ce改性提高了USY分子筛催化活性以及邻甲酚的选择性。
USY zeolite was modified with different content of Ce by impregnation method and use dinalkylation of phenol with methanol.There action in a fixed-bed reactor was investigated at the different content of Ce,reaction temperature,phenol/methanol(molarratio),and WHSV.As a result,When the content of Ce was 10%,reaction temperature was 440 ℃,phenol/methanol(molarratio)was 1∶4,and WHSV was 3.0h-1,the Ce/USY zeolite showed the best performance of alkylation and the conversation of phenol was 58.22%,the selectivity of o-cresol was 49.11%.Modification of USY zeolite with CeO2 enhanced it's catalyst activity and selectivity of o-cresol.
