丁辛基二苯胺的结构组成与性能测试 被引量:2

摘要 在一种负载酸性膨润土的催化剂体系下制备了液体丁辛基二苯胺抗氧剂,其碱值和抗氧化性能优于同类市场产品,使用元素分析和红外光谱法进行了结构表征。通过物理蒸馏方法将产物各组分分离,得到二苯胺、单C4取代基二苯胺(Ⅰ)、双C4(单C8)取代基(Ⅱ)、C4、C8取代基二苯胺(Ⅲ)和双C8取代基二苯胺(Ⅳ)5种组分。用旋转氧弹、PDSC、氧化烘箱等实验考察了各组分在Yu-base6基础油中的抗氧化性能。结果表明:热重温度随着取代基分子量的增加而升高;旋转氧弹时间二苯胺>Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ,PDSC氧化诱导期时间顺序为Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ>二苯胺,与酚类抗氧剂复配后抗氧化性能提高30%以上,其中组分Ⅲ和组分Ⅳ在抑制油品黏度增长和氧化后酸值增长方面的性能突出,可保持油品氧化超过3d后黏度基本不变,酸值增长减缓80以上,是抗氧化作用的重要组分。 The preparedbutadiene octyl diphenylamine antioxidant in a catalyst system supported acidic bentonite,alkali value and antioxidant properties were better than those of other products in the market,then using elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy method for structural characterization.The product components separated by molecular distillation method,five components:diphenylamine,single C4 substituent diphenylamine(Ⅰ),double C4(single C8)substituent diphenylamine(Ⅱ),C4,C8 substituent diphenylamine(Ⅲ)and double C8 substituent diphenylamine(Ⅳ).The antioxidant properties of each component in Yu-base 6 base oil were investigated by means of RPVOT,PDSC and oxidation oven experiment.The results show that the thermal temperature increased with the molecular weight of the substituent;RPVOT time of order:diphenylamine 〉Ⅳ〉 Ⅲ〉 Ⅰ〉 Ⅱ;PDSC oxidation induction time of order:Ⅳ〉 Ⅲ〉 Ⅰ〉 Ⅱ diphenylamine,and phenol antioxidant compound antioxidant properties increased by more than 30%.The componentⅢand groupⅣin the inhibition of growth and oil viscosity after oxidation acid on growth performance is outstanding,they can maintain more than 3 d after the oil oxidation viscosity unchanged,acid value slowed the growth of 80%,which are important antioxidant components.
