摘要
目的:观察分析盐酸司来吉兰联合美多巴治疗帕金森病患者的临床效果.方法:选择2015年1月-2016年6月期间在我院进行治疗的帕金森病患者92例,将患者分成观察组、对照组,每组46例患者.对照组使用美多巴进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸司来吉兰进行治疗.评价两组患者的临床疗效;观察并对比两组患者治疗前后的精神状态、运动功能、日常活动评分和不良反应情况.结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P〈0.05),组间差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组患者的精神状态、运动功能和日常活动评分明显降低(P〈0.05),且观察组患者评分明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论:盐酸司来吉兰联合美多巴治疗帕金森病患者,可使患者精神状态、运动功能和日常活动明显改善,且不良反应较少,安全性较高,有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of selegiline hydrochloride combined with mado-par in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease .Methods :Ninty-two patients with Parkinson's disease treated from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 46 patients in each group .The control group were treated with madopar while the observation group were added with selegiline hydrochloride based on the treatment of the con-trol group .The clinical effects of the two kinds of treatment were evaluated and the mental state ,motor of both groups were observed and compared .Function ,daily activity scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment ,motor .Results :The general efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0 .05) ,and the difference between groups was statistically significant ;mental state ,movement function and daily ctivity scores of the two groups after treatment decreased sig-nificantly(P〈0 .05) ,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P〈0 .05) ,their difference was statistically significant ;there was no stastisically difference in ad-verse reactions of both groups(P〉0 .05) .Conclusion:The treatment of selegiline hydrochloride combined with madopar for Parkinson's disease can improve the mental state ,movement function and daily activi-ties of the patients ,obviously reduce adverse reactions ,and maintain safety .It has high clinical value wor-thy of promotion .
