偏头痛和癎

摘要 偏头痛和癫 为常见的神经系统疾病 ,同时患有偏头痛和癫 的患者并不少见 ,两者均表现为短暂的临床症状 ,反复发作.抗癫 药物丙戊酸钠、托吡酯常用于减少发作次数 ,为偏头痛的预防用药.两者相关的危险因素、病理生理机制、临床表现部分重叠 ,患者的偏头痛和癫 发作在时间上重叠 ,对两者关系的研究可能增加对偏头痛和癫 本身的了解 ,以优化诊治.兹就相关文献作一简述.
