摘要
文章采用文献资料、培训研习等方法,在政策多元背景下,提出我国青少年校园足球骨干师资专项培训实践存在的几个实质性问题,从理论层面、管理层面、实施层面分析培训实践,并反思该培训课程实践的成果与不足之处。建议以培训特色为依托—全方位提高学员课堂内外活动参与度、以培训主题为源头—注重普遍性问题与个体性问题的解答、以综合性培训思维为引导—突出"理论+实践"模式、以政策实施为目标—提高培训管理团队业务水平。
This paper puts forward some substantive problems in the practice of special training of the key teachers of football in China, and analyzes the training practice from the theoretical level, the management level and the implementation level, and reflects the training~ The results of curriculum practice and shortcomings; recom- mendations: to rely on the characteristics of training - all-round participation in the activities of students inside and outside the classroom to the theme of training as the source - focus on universal issues and individual issues to an- swer and services to comprehensive training. Thinking as a guide - highlight the "theory + practice" model, to poli- cy implementation as the goal - to improve the training management team business level .
