摘要
业务流程管理越来越受到企业重视,很多企业都试图通过业务流程再造来提升企业的核心竞争力,从以往的企业实施结果来看,有80%的企业实施失败或未到达预期效果。本文将从实施过程中的角色维度来剖析影响企业业务流程再造成功的关键因素,针对企业实施过程中常见的问题提出企业实施BPR规划项目中的角色管理及对策研究,进一步提高企业实施业务流程再造的成功率。
Business process management has received more and more attention from enterprises. Many enterprises have tried to improve their core competitiveness through business process reengineering. From the past enterprise implementation results, 80 % of the enterprises failed or did not achieve the expected results. This paper will analyze the key factors influencing the success of business process reengineering from the perspective of the role in the process of implementation. In view of the common problems in the process of enterprise implementation, the role management and countermeasure research in BPR planning project are put forward, further improving the success rate of business process reengineering.
