摘要 随着当今社会对舞蹈人才"个性化"的需求趋势,以及学生之间客观且持续存在的互异现象,差异化教学的实施已经成为我国各舞蹈院系必然要面对的问题之一。本文主要从学生本体、课程设置、培养方案几个方面,分析舞蹈专业现有的三大差异,同时,针对其中的差异提出了合理配置师资力量、增加选修课程比重、实行分层分类教学的具体实施策略。 With today's social dance talent "personalized" demand trendand the objective and persistent phenomenon among students, The implementation of differentiated instruction, has become one of the " problems" in the dance department of our country.
