钴掺杂对纳米镝铁氧体结构和磁特性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Doped Cobalt on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Dysprosium Ferrite Nanoparticles

摘要 以NH_3·H_2O为沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法制备出平均粒径约6~11 nm的钴镝铁氧体磁粒子。研究了低浓度Co^(2+)的掺杂对镝铁氧体结构和磁特性的影响,用XRF,XRD,TEM,VSM对样品的构建成分、微观结构、磁性能等进行了表征。结果表明:产物的构建成分主要为Fe_2O_3,Dy_2O_3,Co_3O_4,且其质量分数随Co^(2+)的掺入量不同而改变;Co^(2+)的掺杂不会改变镝铁氧体的微观结构,但磁特性会发生显著变化;随着Co^(2+)掺入量的增大,样品的粒径减小、饱和磁化强度(MS)降低、矫顽力(HC)和剩余磁化强度(M_r)显著提高。 Co-Dy-ferrites nano-particles were synthesized by liquid precipitation method using NH3·H2O as precipitator,and the size of particles were ranged from 6 to 11 nm. The effect of doping of low concentration of Co2+on magnetic properties and structure of Dy-ferrites nano-particles were investigated. The phase composition,microstructure,magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by XRF,XRD,TEM and VSM. The results showed that the phase composition of particles was mainly Fe2O3,Dy2O3,Co3O4,and the mass fraction of component varied with the amount of Co2+doping. Low concentration of Co2+did not change the original microstructure of particles,but the magnetic properties of particles change significantly: the size of the particle and its saturation magnetic intensity(MS) decreased with the increase of Co2+content,while its coercivity(HC) and residual magnetization(Mr) increased significantly.
