摘要 制备了高接枝率的SEBS-g-MAH,用FTIR表征了接枝产物;同时研究了SEBS-g-MAH对SEBS/PP复合材料阻燃、力学和熔融流动等性能的影响,并用SEM分析其形貌特性。结果表明:随着马来酸酐量的增加、共混时间的延长和转速的增加,产物的接枝率呈先增加后减少;而随着DCP用量增加,产物的接枝率呈先减少后增加的趋势;当SEBS/MAH/DCP质量比为100/3/0.4,温度为175℃,转速为40 r/min,反应时间为9 min时,接枝率为3.18%。SEBSg-MAH的加入,使阻燃剂分散性更好,复合材料的拉伸强度从5.65 MPa提高到7.38 MPa,氧指数从28提高到30。 High stem grafting rate SEBS-g-MAH had been prepared in this article. It was confirmed that MAH has grafted on SEBS by means of FTIR. Simultaneously the influence of SEBS-g-MAH to SEBS/PP composites retardant, mechanical and melt flow properties has been discussed,and analyzes its appearance characteristic with SEM. The results showed that: with the increase of the amount of maleic anhydride,increasing mixing time and speed of the extension, grafting product increased first decrease;and with the increase of DCP,graft product was first decrease after increasing trend;when SEBS/MAH/DCP = 100/ 3/0.2( mass ratio) , the temperature of 175 ℃ , speed 40 r/min, the reaction time was 9 min that the stem grafting rate was 3. 18%. SEBS-g-MAH joined, causes the burning inhibitor dispersivity to be better, the compound materials longitudinal strength enhanceed from 5.65 MPa to 7.38 MPa,the oxygen index from 28 enhanceed to 30.
