文章在构建基于云服务平台的竞争情报服务联盟模型的基础上,将研究重点放在建立健全联盟内部运行机制上,以确保联盟有序运转。详细探究了动力机制、联盟成员选择与信任机制、协同机制、风险管理机制四大运行机制,首先对这四大运行机制总体关系模型进行剖析,再对各运行机制在该服务联盟中扮演的角色进行具体阐述,旨在巩固加强竞争情报服务联盟中各盟员的联系,调动盟员积极性,促进信息资源的共享,满足制造企业的竞争情报需求。

This paper first constructs the model of competitive intelligence service alliance based on cloud service platform. On that basis, the paper focuses on constructing and improving the internal operating mechanism of the alliance in order to ensure the orderly operation of alliance. The paper expounds on the dynamic mechanism, choice of alliance members and trust mechanism, coordination mechanism and risk management mechanism. First of all, the paper thoroughly analyzes the general relationship among the four operating mechanisms. Then, the paper clarifies the role of each operating mechanism in the service alliance in order to strengthen the contacts of members in the alliance, arouse the initiatives of the alliance member, promote information resources sharing, and meet the demands of competitive intelligence in manufacturing enterprises.
