摘要
[目的/意义]移动搜索已成为满足信息需求的重要手段,相对于固定的桌面搜索行为,移动搜索行为体现出了一些特有的特征。[方法/过程]为了探讨移动搜索行为的研究现状,文章构建了用户移动搜索行为模型,并以此为框架对用户移动搜索行为研究进行了总结和述评。主要涉及用户的信息需求、用户的搜索过程、搜索结果的评价和处理3个方面。[结果 /结论]研究结果表明,移动搜索深深地扎根在时空和社会环境中,移动搜索不仅查询主题丰富,更重要的是不断改变着人们实现信息需求的行为方式。同时也提出了需要进一步研究的方向。
[ Purpose/significance] Mobile search has become an important means to meet users' information demands, and mobile search behaviors reflect some unique characteristics compared with stationary, desktop search. [ Method/process ] In order to explore the researeh status of mobile search behavior, this paper imilds a model of users' mobile search behavior, based on which mobile search behavior researches are summarized and reviewed. The main issues include users' information demands, users' search process, and evaluation and management of search results. [ Result/conclusiun] Results show that mobile search is deeply grounded in space, time and social environment, which not only has rich query topics, but also constantly changes people's be- havior model of information demands. At the same time, the paper puts forward the direction of further researches.
