摘要
在对零件特征分解、加工特征与工艺信息映射、特征参数传递技术研究的基础上,结合变异设计和工艺模板的思想提出一种基于特征的工艺文件快速设计方法。以设计特征和工艺特征作为产品进行工艺设计的基本单元,并作为工艺设计相似性的评判依据,快速工艺设计系统调用相似性极高的零件的工艺模板进行变异设计,以生成新的零件的工艺文件。文章以某高速列车转向架构架为对象,开发了一套快速工艺设计及文件生成系统,该系统能够有效提高构架的加工工艺设计效率,缩短工艺编制时间,改善工艺文件的设计质量。
On the basis of studying the analysis of the part features, the mapping between feature and process information, and the transfer method of feature parameters, a rapid process design method based on feature is proposed with the idea of variant design and process template. Using design feature and process feature as the basic unit of the product and process design, regarding feature as similarity judgment standard, the system calls the process template for variant design. Using the manufacturing process design of high speed train bogie frame as the authentication object a set of rapid process design and file generation system is developed. It can effectively improve the efficiency of product process design, shorten the process time, and improve the quality of process design to a certain extent.
