微创全髋关节置换术手术入路的研究进展

Research Progress of the operative approach in Minimally Invasive Total Hip Arthroplasty

全髋关节置换术是治疗严重髋关节疾患的标准手术方法之一,在解除患者痛苦、恢复关节功能、提高生活质量等方面取得了满意的效果。近年来,微创手术因具有术中出血少、术后早期康复等优势被越来越多的外科医生所接受,然而对于微创全髋关节置换术仍存在争议。本文就微创全髋关节置换术的手术入路及其优缺点予以综述,以期为微创髋关节手术医师的临床实践提供参考。

Total hip arthroplasty is one of the standardized surgical treatments for severe hip joint disease and has shown satisfactory results in alleviating patient suffering, restoring joint function and improving the quality of life. Nowadays, the advantages including less intraoperative blood loss and quicker recovery in minimally invasive surgery are accepted by more and more surgeons. However, minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty remains eontreversial. This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of operative approach in total hip arthroplasty to supply the guidance for minimally invasire total hip replacement in clinical practice.
