肝脏实质性肿块彩色多普勒表现与病理分型对比研究

Comparative study of color Doppler performance and pathologic classification of hepatic tumors

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在肝脏实质性肿块中的应用价值。方法:分析145个经CT/MRI、穿刺或手术病理证实的肝实质性肿块的二维及彩色多普勒超声影像特征并与病理对照。结果:145个肝实质性肿块中肝癌31个,肝转移癌12个,肝血管瘤82个,肝局灶性结节增生14个,炎性假瘤6个;不同病理类型肿块具有不同的二维和CDFI特征。结论:彩色多普勒超声对肝脏实质性占位病变的鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective： To investigate the value of color Doppler uhrasonography in hepatic tumors. Method： To analyze the characteristics of 2D and CDFI features of hepatic tumors confirmed by CT/MRI, puncture or surgical pathology, and to contrast with pathologic findings. Result：31 hepatocellular carcinoma in 145 hepatic tumors, Metastatic liver cancer 12, Hemangioma of the liver 82, Focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver 14, Inflammatory pseudo tumor 6, Different pathological types of tumors had different 2D and CDFI features. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound has important value in the dif- ferential diagnosis of hepatic tumors.
