摘要
从二次设备自身特点的角度出发,分析研究其全生命周期成本C_(LCC)(life cycle costs,LCC)管理理念,构建出适用于二次设备大修技改的全维度生命周期成本模型。首次综合性地将研究对象的年均成本、风险评估、设备效能评估3类指标作为大修技改决策依据,提出基于改进C_(LCC)分解模型的二次设备大修和技术改造的策略模型。最后采用理论分析和实例验证相结合的方式,选取某220kV变电站测控装置为研究对象,说明决策模型具备良好的实用性和可操作性。
From the perspective of characteristics of secondary equipment, this paper analyzes and studies management phi- losophy of life cycle cost (LCC) and constructs an all-dimensional LCC model suitable for overhaul and technical transforma- tion of secondary equipment. It firstly comprehensively takes three kinds of indexes including annual average cost, risk eval- uation and equipment effectiveness assessment of the research objective as the decision-making basis for overhaul and techni- cal transformation. Secondly, it presents strategy model for overhaul and technical transformation based on improved LCC decomposition model. Finally, it adopts a combined way of theoretical analysis and example verification and selects measur- ing and control device in one 220 kV substation as a research objective in order to verify favorable practicability and opera- bility of this decision-making model.
