摘要 南澳柔性直流输电系统在充电启动过程中因投入空载变压器而产生涌流,不仅造成交流电网电压波动,而且影响风电场风能的输送。基于剩磁和偏磁互克原理的涌流抑制方法可通过控制断路器分、合闸角度达到涌流抑制的目的。对采用该原理的涌流抑制装置进行试验分析,修正断路器的分、合闸时间定值与现场断路器实际分、合闸时间一致,使断路器分、合闸角度接近目标角度90°,达到剩磁和偏磁互克的目的。试验结果验证了涌流抑制方法的有效性和可行性。 Inrush current produced in the process of charging startup of Nan'ao HVDC flexible transmission system due to in- put of no-load transformer will not only cause voltage fluctuation of the AC power grid, but also affect delivery of wind en- ergy. It is able to achieve the aim of inrush current suppression by controlling opening and closing angles of the breaker based on the principle of offsetting each other between remanence and bias. Experimental analysis was conducted on the in- rush current suppression device adopting this principle, and setting values of opening and closing time of the breaker were a- mended to be consistent with actual opening and closing time of the breaker on the scene so as to make opening and closing angles of the breaker close to the target angle 90°and achieve the purpose of offsetting each other between remanence and bi- as. Experimental results verify effectiveness and feasibility of this inrush current suppression method.
