摘要 目的考察不同产地炮天雄的质量,测定双酯型生物碱和单酯型生物碱的差异。方法色谱柱采用Kromasil 100-5-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-四氢呋喃(25∶15)为流动相A,以0.1 mol/L醋酸铵溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为235 nm,柱温为30℃。结果四川、湖北的炮天雄单酯型生物碱含量最高,毒性成分较大的双酯型生物碱则以四川、香港的为最低。结论不同产地的炮天雄受当地原药材的影响,更受炮制经验、工艺的影响,应尽快制订炮天雄相关标准。 Objective To study the quality of Pao Tianxiong from different producing places and to determine the difference between mono and di-ester alkaloids. Methods Kromasil 100-5-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used;the acetonitrile-tetrahydro-furan ( 25:15 ) was used as mobile phase A with 0. 1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase B, gradient. The flow rate was 1 mL/min;detection wavelength is 235 nm;column temperature is 30 ℃. Results Pao Tianxiong from Sichuan and Hubei had the highest amount of mono-ester alkaloid content;Pao Tianxiong from Sichuan and Hong Kong had the lowest amount of di-ester alkaloids which were toxic. Conclusion Pao Tianxiong produced in different places are affected by local indigenous herbs;more importantly, it is affect-ed by the processing experience and technology. Therefore, we need to make relevant standards for Pao Tianxiong as soon as possible.
