摘要
目的探讨临床药学服务方法的研究进展,为临床提供参考。方法收集文献库中的相关资料,综合分析药学宣教、处方分析与药学监护等临床药学服务方法。结果现阶段,我国临床药学服务的方法多种多样。临床药师在提供药学服务时,应根据实际情况选取最佳的药学服务方法。结论积极开展临床药学服务活动,可显著提高临床用药的安全性,保障患者合理用药。
Objective To analyze the research progress of clinical pharmacy service methods and to provide certain reference for clinic. Methods Relevant information was collected from the literature library, the clinical pharmacy services such as pharmacy education, pre-scription analysis and pharmacy monitoring etc. were comprehensively analyzed. Results At present stage, China′s clinical pharmacy ser-vices are diverse. Clinical pharmacists should provide pharmacy services based on the actual situation to select the best service meth-ods. Conclusion The active development of clinical pharmacy services can significantly improve the safety of clinical drugs and ensure the rational drug use.
