摘要
目的建立一种新的川麦冬高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法。方法以HPLC法对10批川麦冬药材的指纹图谱进行分析,采用8个对照品对部分共有峰进行指认,利用相似度分析、相对保留时间及相对峰面积分析进一步对指纹图谱进行分析。结果 10批川麦冬药材的相似度均大于0.900,各批次药材共有峰的相对峰面积在较宽范围内波动,RSD=7.1%~71.9%(n=10)。结论该方法简便、实用,便于工业化生产,可用于麦冬药材的质量评价。
Objective To develop a new HPLC method to generate the fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix cultivated in Sichuan province. Methods A total of 10 batches of Ophiopogonis Radix samples were analyzed by HPLC,and 8 reference substances were used for the identification of the common peaks. The fingerprint was further analyzed by similarity analysis,relative retention time analysis and relative peak area analysis. Results The similarities of all the samples tested were higher than 0. 900. The relative peak areas of the common peaks varied in a relatively wide range (RSD=7. 1% -71. 9%,n=10). Conclusion The method is simple,practical,suitable for industrial application,and could be used for the quality evaluation of Ophiopogonis Radix.
