复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床疗效评价

Efficacy of Fufang Shangtong Capsules on Acute Sprain of Ankle

目的探讨复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤(血瘀气滞证)的疗效及药物的作用机制。方法将60例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为两组,各30例。治疗组给予复方伤痛胶囊治疗,对照组给予西乐葆治疗,并评定临床疗效。结果治疗后24,48 h,两组患者的疼痛均明显减轻,但组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者在扭伤后24,48 h均能明显缓解踝关节肿胀。结论复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛及肿胀症状,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and mechanism of Fufang Shangtong Capsules in treating acute sprain of ankle （Xueyu Qizhi Zheng）. Methods 60 patients with acute sprain of ankle were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Fufang Shangtong Capsules;The other 30 patients in control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference between the two groups in terms of pain after treatment 24 h and 48 h（P 〉 0. 05）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of swelling after treatment 24 h and 48 h. Conclusion Fufang Shangtong Capsules is effective in treating acute sprain of ankle and can effectively relieve patients′ pain and swelling of the symptoms;it is safe,reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
