超高效液相色谱法测定消积化虫散中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立测定消积化虫散中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的超高效液相色谱(UHPLC)法。方法采用Thermo Accliam^(TM) RSLC PA2色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.2μm),以甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为294 nm,进样量为2μL。结果厚朴酚与和厚朴酚进样量线性范围分别为0.040 5~0.121 5μg(r=0.999 7)和0.010 1~0.060 8μg(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率分别为100.05%和100.15%,RSD分别为0.47%和1.26%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、有效,可提高消积化虫散的质量标准。 Objective To establish a UHPLC method for the content determinion of magnolol and honokiol in Xiaoji Huachong Powder. Methods The experiment was performed with Thermo AecliamTM RSLC PA2 column(100 mm ×2.1 mm,2.2 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30, V~ V),the flow rate was 0. 3 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 ~C,the detection wavelength was 294 nm,and the injection volume was 2 ILL. Results The magnolol and honokiol showed a good linear relationship in range of 0. 040 5 - 0.121 5 μg(r=0.999 7),0.010 1-0.060 8μg(r=0.999 6),respectively. The average recoveries were 100.05% ,100.15% ,and RSDs were 0. 47%, 1.26% (n = 6),respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and effective,which can be used to determinate the content of magnolol and honokiol in Xiaoji Huachong Powder.
