摘要1病例分级患者,女,53岁,因2 d前发现左上肢内瘘震颤消失,为行动静脉内瘘术入院治疗。体格检查示,体温36.8℃,呼吸88次/分,心率21次/分,血压184/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）。全身肌肉酸痛,全腹无压痛、反跳痛,双下肢无水肿。左前臂见一长约3 cm手术疤痕,未扪及震颤,未闻及血管杂音。
