大学生积极心理资本和学业情绪的关系

The Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Academic Emotions in College Students

以356名大学生为研究对象通过问卷调查探究大学生积极心理资本和学业情绪的关系.结果表明:(1)大学生积极心理资本的总体状况良好,在性别、生源地和是否学生干部上存在差异;(2)学业情绪存在性别、是否学生干部差异,不存在生源地差异;(3)大学生心理资本与积极学业情绪正相关,与消极学业情绪负相关;心理资本对学业情绪有显著预测作用.说明大学生积极心理资本与学业情绪密切联系,积极心理资本是学业情绪的影响因素之一.

A questionnaire survey was conducted among 356 college students to find out about the relationship between their positive psychological capital and academic emotions,. The results were as follows： （1）Positive psychological capital of college students was found to be rather satisfactory in general, while significant differences are seen in terms of their gender, origin, and whether they are a student cadre; （2）The findings find significant differences between rural and urban students in terms of the academic emotions or whether or not a student cadre, while no significant difference is found in terms of the student origin; （3）Positive psychological capital was positively related to their positive academic emotions and negatively relat- ed to the negative academic emotions, indicating that psychological capital had a significant predicting power on academic emo- tions. The results showed that positive psychological capital was significantly correlated with academic emotions in college students and was one of the influencing factors of their academic emotions.
