摘要
石墨材料在加工过程中会产生大量的粉尘,这些粉尘会侵蚀到机床的各个部位。机床刀库如果受到粉尘的侵蚀,将会出现刀具卡死等故障。针对LX6050石墨雕铣加工中心刀库,设计了防护机构,能有效地防止石墨粉尘对刀库的影响。使用气动系统及数控系统辅助功能指令,通过数控程序的编制,实现对刀库门的自动控制,满足机床对石墨材料加工的特殊要求。
Graphite materials will produce a lot of dust during its machining process,which will then erode various parts of the machine tool.If the tool magazine is eroded by dust,there might be tool stuck and other failures.In view of LX6050 graphite engraving and milling machining center,the paper designed a protective structure to effectively prevent the influence of graphite dust on the tool magazine.The structure uses pneumatic system and the auxiliary functional instructions of CNC system to realize an automatic control of tool magazine door through NC programing,which satisfies the special requirements of the machine tool for graphite processing.
