On Grassroots Party Organizations Promoting Social Governance According to Law——Reflections on Practice of Nantong City

基层治理离不开党的基层组织的功能发挥。当下,基层党组织的重要功能在于依法治理基层,引导和教育基层社会有序步入法治社会的健康轨道。南通基层党组织依法进行社会治理的实践中,摸索出了一些经验,也存在动力根源以及阻滞因素。据此提出的基层党组织依法推进社会治理的路径对于相同条件下的地方基层党组织依法推进基层治理的相关工作有借鉴作用。

Grassroots governance is dependent on the functions of the grassroots Party organizations.Presently,an important function of the grassroots Party organizations lies in governing the grassroots level of society according to law,guiding and educating the grassroots society to step into the track of a society ruled by law.The grassroots Party organizations of Nantong City have worked out some experience based on their practice of social governance,but are still faced with hindrances and problems in the motivation.The suggestions on ways for grassroots Party organizations to promote social governance in accordance with law are proposed based on Nantong practice,which provide references for grassroots organizations with similar conditions.
