无间隙护理干预对妇产科感染的控制效果分析

Effect of gapless nursing interventions on control of infections in department of gynecology and obstetrics

目的研究无间隙护理干预在妇产科的应用对感染相关因素控制的效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法抽选出2013年7月-2016年10月妇产科收入治疗的2 000例患者为研究对象,根据患者入院编号录入随机系统按照随机奇偶数字法分为研究组和对照组,各1 000例;研究组采用无间隙护理干预,对照组则采用常规护理,比较不同护理方案满意度。结果研究组护理综合质量评定、基础理论、专科理论、基础操作、专科操作评分均显著高于对照组;研究组的医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教、心理干预满意度均高于95.00%,对照组均高于83.00%;研究组感染率为5.00%,低于对照组的15.00%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无间隙护理能够优化护理环节,具有全面性,降低妇科感染发生率,符合现代护理发展需求,具有较高的临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of gapless nursing interventions on control of related factors for infec- tions in department of gynecology and obstetrics so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment. METHODS A to- tal of 2 000 patients who were treated in department of gynecology and obstetrics from Jul 2013 to Oct 2016 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the ser- ial number of admission, with 1 000 cases in each group. The study group was treated with gapless nursing inter- ventions, while the control group was given conventional nursing, and the satisfaction with the nursing programs was compared. RESULTS The scores of assessment of comprehensive quality of nursing, basic theory, specialty theory, basic operation, and specialty operation were remarkably higher in the study group than in the control group. The satisfaction with health care workers＇ attitude, level of medical care, health education, and psychologi- cal intervention was higher than 95.00% in the study group and higher than 83.00% in the control group. The in- fection rate of the study group was 5.00%, lower than 15.00% of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The gapless nursing interventions may optimize the nursing link and reduce the incidence of infections in department of gynecology; it is comprehensive and conforms to the development requirement of contemporary nursing, and has high clinical application value.
