桑皮止咳颗粒剂止咳化痰作用动物研究

Animal Research of Relieving Cough and Asthma Effect of Sangpi Zhike Granule

目的:观察桑皮止咳颗粒剂对小鼠咳嗽、咳痰症状的干预作用。方法:分别应用氨水引咳法和酚红祛痰法对小鼠进行造模。将咳嗽、咳痰两种模型的小鼠分别给予不同剂量桑皮止咳颗粒剂。并检测连续给药后小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期、咳嗽次数及气道灌洗液吸光度。结果:桑皮止咳颗粒剂可以明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05),减少咳嗽发生次数(P<0.05),同时使气道灌洗液吸光度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:桑皮止咳颗粒剂具有一定的止咳化痰作用。

Objective：To observe the intervention of Sangpi Zhike Granule whether could improve the cough and sputum symptoms on the mice. Methods：We steadily ordered different doses of Sangpi Zhike Granule on the mice model,and observed the cough incubation period,the amount of cough and the airway lavage absorbance. Results：Sangpi Zhike Granule could obviously prolong the mice cough incubation period（P〈0.05）,decrease the cough frequency（P〈0.05）,and decrease the airway lavage absorbance significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Sangpi Zhike Granule has certain cough expectorant effect.
